I do my own selling. I don't teach sales from a stage; I'm in the deals: writing to clients, getting turned down, winning back people who said no in the spring.
My videos cover two things. First, how I sell: what I wrote to a client, what they replied and what it was worth. Second, how I run a company with AI: contracts, finance, hiring, reports and even editing these videos. What I still do by hand, what AI already does, and where it breaks.
No motivational talk, no “just do it”. What I did, what came of it, with numbers.
